Ashfield Meetings & Events welcome Matt Foreman as Head Of Exhibits

Ashfield Meetings & Events is delighted to announce the appointment of Matt Foreman into the role of Head Of Exhibits.

Matt will head up a dedicated global exhibit team that operates as an internal department, delivering a specialist service to the agency’s healthcare clients. Within his role, Matt will be responsible for driving exhibits strategy, working closely with the business development team to identify and develop new opportunities. In the last 12 months the team has delivered over 100 exhibits in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific. Matt will report to Penny Callaghan (Director, Operations & Business Services) and will be responsible for a team of experienced exhibit professionals.

Matt joins Ashfield Meetings & Events from Rapiergroup where he held the position of Group Account Director, nurturing clients across pharmaceutical, financial and automotive sectors. Matt has extensive experience leading experiential exhibition programmes, having delivered over 150 stands up to 1,200m² across six continents. Matt was also responsible for delivering technical solutions and content for high profile audiences of up to 2,000 people, as well as the exhibition management of the finance industry’s biggest annual event, Sibos, attended by 8,000 delegates and 200 blue-chip exhibitors.

It’s great to have Matt on-board and to expand the global reach of the department. His sharing of knowledge and experiences with the team will be invaluable.”

Matt added: “I’m thrilled to take on this fantastic position here at Ashfield Meetings & Events. I’m looking forward to getting stuck into the client activity and working alongside the very talented team we have here. Besides exhibits, I’ll be providing an informed point of view in regards to the design briefs and the agency output, both operationally and creatively. It’s always been my aspiration to be the trusted partner of clients, providing brand and sector knowledge, market intelligence and inspiration for the team; I’m looking forward to contributing that here at Ashfield”.
